PC let me elaborate by giving you an education of First Right of Refusal clauses which I have 40 years of experience in. IF VAN sells or farm ins to any other third party than SGI will be offered priority on the same terms and conditions as the third party. Now I had asked you to think about this thoroughly as the operative words are 'same terms and conditions as the third party'. Do you think IF VAN was to sell any tenements or introduce a farm in whose terms and conditions would be unfavourable to VAN?
