as the americans move significant manpower from okinowa to guam, the northern marinaras will benefit from being americas new front line.
sadly,if vanuatu cannot get its politics squared away,the marinaras project---and the potential for a chain of projects,to enable the islands to be self sufficent in electricity may become the new prize jewel for kuth.
this pushes the timeframe out another year or two, but the 'okinowa to guam' timeframe is set,unlike the 'island time' vanuatu dreaming.
just starting to seem that farming vanuatu out to some chinese might be the only way to free up operations to 'incentivise' in the way australian companies can not.
