swm was in strife & its a turnaround story but i feel the board is too generous with ceo LTI grants. 33 million free shares over 3 years with no strike price??? plus 7.5 million STI shares @ no cost & no strike price.
Don't hv a problem with STI grant but LTI should have a strike price of 50c...long term shareholders have suffered a lot, so ceo reward should have been based on sp recovering to atleast 50c... IMO
