    I agree $0.28 is too low.

    But until Sunstar have all the approvals they can not make a legally binding unconditional offer.

    In other words going to a house auction and bidding without the cash available/approved etc.

    Once Sunstar get the approvals I am expecting an Unconditional offer in the mid $0.30s and an extension for a further 14 Days.
