Yep, I was wrong, thought they might have just let it lapse.............
Obviously they believe there is a 3rd party as much as I do....................
Of course the problem we have is the longer this goes on the stronger Todd's position will be. New holders will be inclined to take a lower offer than longs (and we've already seen a few newer posters who will be quite happy with a quick return - don't be fooled by some of the new innocent posts)
Unfortunately it still seems like we are just left hanging with our current board. Basically it is 40 love and in the hands of our Directors to start serving some aces............
