    re: Ann: Variation of Takeover Bid - increase... l have conted EPN to enquire about the "offer being final" and whether this means that legally speaking they are NOT allowed to alter the offer in the future.

    in the past even when declared "FINAL" l have seen the offer changed in price, so l am interested to know what is the legal requirement when stating "FINAL"

    does anyone have some info to add to that ?
