Sunstar have now extended the closing date till 21 April that means Sunstar will be buying on market @ $0.27 for the next 3 weeks holding the share price @ $0.27.
Sunstar can/could continue this tactic for another say 10 Mths and without a 2nd offer due to Shareholder frustration there % will increase.

Investing in the market is to make money, and one considers potential return on investment, Management, Project potential, Capital gain, Effect on moving from Explorer to miner, Cash, P & L, Small Cap illiquid, Spec, day traders interest.
But sometimes investors get attached to stocks and ones loyalty effects cold hard decisions.

So lets look at the facts. I assume thanks to the Sunstar offer we are all in profit.
If Sunstar were to pull out AHR shares will drop and become illiquid again.

    $0.27 add 5% = $0.284
    $0.27 add 10% = $0.30.
    $0.27 add 15% = $0.31.
    $0.27 add 20% = $0.324.
    $0.27 add 25% = $0.338.
    $0.27 add 30% = $0.35.
    $0.27 add 35% = $0.365.
    $0.27 add 40% = $0.378.
    $0.27 add 45% = $0.392.
    $0.27 add 50% = $0.405.

    SPP.
    $0.16 to $0.27 is 69%

Darryle like you I attended the AGM and found it hard to invest in the SPP until the underpinning takeover @ $0.28.
I have the greatest respect/loyalty for Grant (New CEO).
We have not had an update from AHR for many weeks.

Risk Reward are there better opportunities out there?

NOTE. Decisions are made on facts and I am just trying to present the current facts.

If you think I am taking the potential share price takeover price up or down I am sorry.

Please DYOR & Make you own decision.
