Can't see this one making it to 49c without another bidder entering the fray. From memory Jindal's first bid for the company during their last takeover attempt was 42c before they were pushed much higher by the competition. So that would be a sensible target without any other competitors this time.
The only person likely to get 49c or higher for their shares is Benny Wu who controls the majority of the company's shares making him a more valuable target, the rest of us are just stepping stones to this path.
