legally it cannot be Jindal.

No annoucement of secured acceptances today so I suspect the raised bid may now flush out a counter bid if the raised bid looks like it has a chance of securing acceptances.

I'm not sure if Benny would be a seller - Jindal may just want to raise their stake significantly.

Also - this may be a ploy of Jindal to get out hence the low starting offer. They may want to flush out a counter bidder so that they can sell into that bid. That is my prediction - if there is a counter bid Jindal will sell into it.
