Good call about selling into a counter offer, the same thought crossed me mind. Jindal cannot buy above the offer price but perhaps they are the seller taking the 30.5c. We will soon know as they must be a substantial holder with the necessity to declare movements in their holdings. If they are the seller, then someone else has taken up the 10 mill traded today, hardly day trader stuff.
