    It's all about opportunity cost. Can you use the money better now if it's in you hands?

    As EPN shaft you they'll ease the pain with a no brokerage. That said maybe they'll be happy with 96% and all the remaining holders will benefit.

    If all else fails I want them to spend money getting my shares.
