    Anyone else hanging in there.

    Why couldn't they announce an early July deadline. I have a company in receivership, which is more likely to be defunct next financial year than this, so want to delay sale to next year to avoid capital gains tax this year and tax loss next year

    What are the implications if it does not get to 90% and I become a minority shareholder?
