First implication is that your shares will not be worth anywhere near 31c, that price is a premium for takeover and you should expect maximum 11c pre-offer price but likely much lower - no liquidity.

I think that with what they already have they can delist from the ASX and privatise the company.

imho your best bet given what you say, is to hope that they get to 90% and compulsorily acquire your shares at the offer price which will take you into July.
