They can't transfer tax losses to Hancock without a full take over I believe but do your own research.
Better transport, from where? It won't be free and without it Atlas struggles to make a profit.
Maybe worth a punt but a very high risk one. Atlas is a lottery stock , I took 4.2c I believe it was fair and reasonable.
