I agree with those that say this variation is a sucker offer. Redstone are asking shareholders to take a punt on Redstone reaching 87% as if they do not reach the 87% (say they only get to 86.99%) Redstone will only pay those holders that have held out until now, 4.2c per share.
Redstone should make a firm offer or not at all.
