Hmmm just thinking, the 4.45c offer would not cost Gina an extra 20 million, she would only be paying a 6% premium to those that actually accepted the offer, those who sold on market will not get the 6% premium. God knows how many shares she managed to buy on market vs how many accepted the offer off market. Crafty.
