Just thinking whilst waiting, as we are all doing, wondering what options Gina has? Assuming she did want to take out the remaining shareholders perhaps a selective share buyback? A conversion to a different share type, eg preference share or some other entitlement? Another dilution by exchanging the debt for equity.
I don't think this her game really, I think she is looking at Atlas as an investment and will be seeking to get in at her price and get it performing acceptably as soon as it can be done. Hence changes probably coming thick and fast over the next few weeks.
