Do you really expect an answer Y4. I also note that anything to do with the port or any other infrastructure etc around the Pilbara would have to go through the WA Govt for approval and all would be have to be documented and publicly available - whether freely or via Freedom of Information. Everything has to be open and transparent. That's my understanding anyway. DYOR
