TRS management have left this company in a most invidious position and, one way or another, should face the sack for it, either because the company gets taken over, or because shareholders force it in the event that the company remains as a publicly-listed company.
It is truly shameful for the TRS board to today masquerade around like they care about the business and in a state of patent obliviousness of the massive destruction of shareholder value over which they have presided, which has resulted in the parlous position in which the company's shareholders fund themselves today.
