It was a shame that the Bidder got away with the content of the original variation notice lodged today which asserted that the Reject Shop trading was 'in serious decline'- I thought when I read it, that it was a very cheap shot and was pleased that it was later excluded from the notice- but unfortunately it was seen and picked up by the Australian which ran with that heading.
They should have been made by ASX to make a public retraction or apology for an unfounded scare campaign.
Unfortunately it may have worked for them with the SP dropping today ( but then I did buy more today at the lower price!).
Can't wait for news in 2019 of the trading in December figures ------GLTAH and have a great Christmas & New Year!
