Andrew, the share price
increase after the takeover bid had little/zero to do with the takeover bid (IMO). (Just because something happened after something else, the second event isnt always as a result of the first).
On the other hand, the fact that the price has been more or less static is (again IMO) very much a result of the takeover bid.
