Guess what... the Kin group may not be able to take over just yet.... I dont think they have the funds. They own other companies like PPG ... have a look at the reports of other companies they owned. Also noticed the big buy at 2.70 of 3m shares is gone. so TRS sp is now free to move... will it go up or down ... hmmm only my opinion... DYOR
