Nw. As I said I’m not 100% but I would be very surprised to see drag rights in a public company constitution. Typically they feature in private company agreements to enable a financial/strategic investor to drag minorities (founder shareholders / management) so they can’t impede a sale. At least that’s where I’ve seen them used.
