    looks like they are panicking can't get to 90% ( with their own plus offers around 65% ) keep extending the open offer time. This is like a Mexican standoff who will give in first us retail investors with our small holdings or them. There in for about $5m, they will not dump them on Market they got more to lose. HOLD the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
