I expect we will see a new Nord bid in tandem with them releasing their off market offer paperwork. It is likely to come any day now. Probably just putting the final touches on it before it is despatched to shareholders - hopefully with an updated offer price - it would be a total waste of their and everyone else's time to send it out with $1.00 as the offer price.
