Suspect that if we get another bid from Nord this year it will be next Wednesday given the Christmas period. Think that todays confirmation by the t/o panel paves the way for this to finally happen as they were likely pushing for the t/o panel to reject the E&P bid as being legitimate (will need to wait and see the panels reasons...). Either way, should see something before year end if Nord is really serious about winning the auction given that 2X% will be given to SD on the 31st.
