Pretty weak article from the AFR, par for the course from them these days. Neglects the fact that Koimtsidis (not sure about Tomlinson) owned a lot more shares in the first place until he pledged them to Shandong. I don't think you could claim that he wasn't sufficiently aligned with shareholder interests (which is what is implied by saying his holding 'tripled').
