Not expecting Nord to outbid at this stage. But do expect them to extend. However, as theirs is an on-market bid, they are obligated to announce extension 5 trading days before the offer is meant to elapse (Dec 23). They should have done that on Dec 16.
Does this mean that they don't plan to extend?
