When they announced this acquisition (on Oct 26), they mentioned that they were expected to complete it on the 30th of November.
Given this new condition (clearance requested from the NZ Commerce Commission), I expect this deal to take more time than expected to be finalized.
Anyway, interesting to see that the stock has now come back to its level, pre-announcement of this acquisition.
