All this announcement does IMO is further compound the ZERO TRUST FACTOR in the Board and also STRENGTHEN OUR RESOLVE TO GET A GOOD DEAL FOR MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS!

It is my bet the Board and BBIG are having a hell of a time getting ASIC to approve what they want to present to us, because the deal as we have seen so far is going down the same well trodden "COERCIVE BEHAVIOUR" path!

All they need to do is apply the KISS PRINCIPLE, offer us a fair and reasonable deal and the whole problem goes away, but I forgot there is a TOAD IN THE WOODPILE wanting everything for the same amount as the TRUST we have in them!

Starting to look very much like we need to get a class action going here, there is a mountain of evidence out there that will strongly support our cause if we go down that path, not advice just my thoughts everyone needs to DYOR and stay vigilant.
