ideally would have liked to see this amenment to his REM in a couple of months time once a solid deal (or two) are signed but seeing as Dadi signed off on this I am pretty confident everything is going according to plan.
my other thought was that Coby has been approached by another company and his market value has increased substantially and the board have agreed to upgrade him in light of this which is perfectly ok as well
still, revenue and deals are key before anyone gets too excited
