i 100% agree, however i do think the timing is interesting. Could you imagine the furore if this was announced and then Company announcements around deals, tape outs, commercialisation etc were not met in a timely manner or worse, were negative ie. some kind of failure with the chip. So whilst I agree wholeheartedly with the notion it is reward for performance thus far I do find the timing more than curious
