Yeh this is where your ignorance needs to be filled in with facts regarding the path to least resistance based on what's on offer. Since you stated prior about ReRAM not being feasible or making it out of the lab, TSMC has since provided their own commercial offering.
So since your quick google arguments are falling apart. Given our offering knocks out the flash alternative offering in every component. In which reality would someone select the flash offering over our ReRAM offering?
These are pretty simple concepts, comparing specs and prices. What do you do when you're looking to purchase something? You seem to paint the facade of doing so with this approach in mind. So put it in play and deal with these facts or pack up and clear out.
