Since when is this how it is done?
The only KPI is performance meaning profits and share price, and the employment contract should morally and appropriately be aligned with those. Share price has been in decline for years and profits have been negative for years, makes me worry about all those dividends being paid under that picture.
It is hard for me to see how a loss of $14m on a record top line of $640m suggests good performance as COO, Howell's previous role.
