Subject: Concern Regarding another Recent Executive Bonus Allocation
Dear PTM Colleagues, I would appreciate any insight or guidance on how we can address what appears to be a serious governance concern.
Specifically, I’m referring to the recent decision by our CEO, Jeff Peters, to award himself an additional cash bonus of $670,000 (announced today 08-July-2025) —despite the Fund Under Management declining significantly from $15 million in March 2024 to $8 million currently.
How can we, as stakeholders, ensure greater accountability and prevent what may be perceived as a misuse of executive power?
