Regards the raising of $100 million for the fis and feasibility study, our contribution would be ($19 mill) and with us holding about 32 million shares it works out at 0.1132 per share for capital raising, so now we can work out how much we as individuals need to stay in the game, l would imagine this would be raised over three small cap raising. That does not worry me to much, what I will want to know is once this money has been spent how long will it be before they put a shovel in the ground and how long to production before I would agree to a merger.
