And to answer your question, regarding my opinion:
1) Leadership is key, we all know that.
2) Past behaviour is a good predictor of future behaviour. Humans tend to be consistent like that, on the average. So, that does not bode well for the outcome of an offtake deal or a JV deal.
3) Sometimes, although very seldom, people do change, and will surprise you with their achievements.
4) Everything hinges on what leadership achieves now, the deliverables. Past performance suggests more failure and disappointment. But, there's always a chance that they surprise us.
So, in conclusion, for me it's a question of faith, I guess. Like religion, those who believe, have an unshakeable faith in this leadership team, despite the glaring warning signs. I'm just trying to understand WHY. What are the bread crumbs that the true believers can point to, to honestly say that this leadership team WILL soon deliver?
