    I agree to some extent.
In the Dominican Republic, Brian was not just an executive greedy for exploration and paychecks.
In Cuba, Brian appears to have only wanted exploration and pay.
I would like to give two reasons.
    1. Failure in the Dominican Republic
    2. Waiting for the lawsuit decision

After the failure in the Dominican Republic, Brian needed to increase his stock count.
If you win the lawsuit, you may have thought that you would make a very large profit.
Brian has a lot of stocks now.
    Stock prices are miserable.
It's not a stock, it's just a piece of toilet paper.

He also lost more than 90% of his assets.

    He's desperate now.
I'm taking a gamble on it.
They are desperate and must deliver results now.
The failures of OFFTAKE so far were because Brian didn't want to do it or because he had a high opinion of himself.
I thought that if I won the lawsuit, I could easily move on to the development stage with compensation.
But now he have to put he heads down and make OFFTAKE.

Unless you plan to sell the stock, let's just wait and see.
    I too will just watch.
