@rocket973 -- Back in 2011, there was different management/BOD. The founders where still in. And deals like this where done under their guidance. Transfer of workload from WA to NSW, plenty of capital raised over those years. Long-term contracts signed. R&D a work in progress. And they have set goals in the very short term, for commercialization of their technology.
Even the post after yours in 2011 mentioned some of the other companies La Jolla touched, including VLA. Do you remember what happened to VLA over the longer term. Even though they had the La Jolla touch. Not as clear cut as rehashing crap from 10 years ago. Things change with time....
How much did your brother end up losing? Or is he still a LTH?
