The poster presentation has simplified some of the presentation of some of the early data, which is great. Slide 17 in the JP Morgan presentation, using data from the Oct 31 cut-off, shows both days on study and change in tumor size for the 32 patients and captures a lot of data to be presented into a single graph.

What is clear in that slide is the longer a patient is on study, the better the response. Of the 19 or so patients that moved off study, almost half them did so before 50 days (perhaps just after the first scan at 42 days). Those patients also showed disease progression. The ones that stayed on a little longer but still moved off treatment, typically showed stable disease. So more time on treatment yields a better response.

And in the poster presentation that is abundantly clear in IT admin:




The longer on study, the better the response. Those inside the red box all on study for 90+ days. Stable disease more common in those on trial longer. And interestingly, treatment without pembro looks just as promising. see below:



Of the 11 patients inside the red box, those with greatest change in tumor response, only 4 are with pembro.

So now very keen to seen the next data cut especially for the following patients:

US05-007 (with pembro)
US03-008
AU04-003
AU04-002

These patients were at 100 days plus, at the Oct 31 cut and hopefully they are still on treatment.
