Yes I saw that. i would be sure he does know the purposes of Phase 1 trials given the background he has. Fair enough you replying to his post with these criticisms, this is what the forum is for. I never said I agree with everything he posts. I have no explanation for the errors he seems to have made, but don't see grounds to be upset about it.
