    It’s not on your screenshot but there is an explanatory note on the poster detailing a change of dosing from PFU/person to PFU/ml for IT administration.

    For no other reason than curiosity, I’ve tried to research it myself but can’t find an answer…

    Is anyone able to explain the difference between the two and the potential reason/s for the change?

    My best guess is that it might make a difference when injecting multiple lesions, rather than being limited to a collective 1.1 x 10 to the 8th (or whatever dose level) per patient, they will have that level in each ml of the drug and they will inject as many mls as required to give each lesion a “full dose” rather than limiting treatment to a single lesion or splitting the dose across multiple lesions. But as I said, that is only a guess; and I would like to know if it is correct or what the correct reason is.
