Is this a buy signal for you matchbox or would you prefer to see more?
I was thinking of buying more but I need more substansive evidence. What irks me though are these massive write offs. One company I have shares in only have four directors which drastically reduces the cost of running the business (I'm assuming the company constitution allows for this) so VDM might be able to do something similar as long as those running the business don't give themselves astronomical salaries and expensive perks.
A few part pre-paid contracts would be beneficial although reading their last announcement they do have work in hand, I hope they are competent enough to fulfill their obligations and bring the balance sheet back into the black.
