5) BHPs pending counter-claim
6) The lack of clarity on the new plan
7) The potential for further dilution to existing holders
8) The fact VDM is a 7th or 8th preferred contractor in WA and the market is already tight
9) The market conditions
10)the conditions of the market
11) The fact the market is stalling
sorry I mentioned it 5 times it just seems to not be comprehended or acknowledged by you
12) The net assets per share is next to nothing, why is the shareprice so drastically overpriced apart from the investment by chinese investors at 1c which is artificially holding it up.
