    re: Ann: VDM successfully completes Entitleme... $35 million is a positive outcome. Early return to profitability is promising. Positively this means that given their new financial position they are now in position where they do not have sell Cape unless the offer is fair.

    While vdm have clearly been disappointing, hopefully this is the start of a new era for company.
