I don’t think you come across as a pump-and-dumper @TenX, just very keen on the company; my comment was less about individuals and more about the CR and subsequent price action. There’s nothing wrong with liking the stock and wishing for it to do well, but this is a public stock discussion forum so it’s hardly surprising there will be interested watchers with a view less-than-rosy like myself. As for what I’m doing, I’m providing my opinion on what has happened in the last six months, just as I did back in late November when I urged some caution around the CR (that post is here FYI: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/57949479/single). To your earlier post, the reason I didn’t highlight the cash is twofold; 1) Over half of that cash came from what I think was an extremely ill-informed CR which actually hurt most shareholders (yourself included!), and 2) cash alone is no guarantee of business success; there are plenty of companies with healthy cash balances but who don’t deliver tangible returns for shareholders. To be honest, whenever I’m on Twitter or HotCopper and I see someone advertising a microcap’s cash balance as some sort of bullish signal, it makes me feel the opposite. And I say that as someone who has fallen prey to that behaviour before, by the way. If the cash sitting on the balance sheet is one of the key advantages of the stock, perhaps it says something less-than-flattering about the rest of the business. On the earnings figures, there’s quite a disconnect between actual audited earnings in the bank, verses TCV figures sans detail. So again, I find it hard to be positive about the growth percentages being thrown around. If they actually execute that, and get that money in the bank – fantastic.

As for having a hidden profile @flatspin if you go to the search bar you can put my name in and all my posts will pop up so you can peruse at your leisure – I have nothing to hide. I comment on a wide variety of companies but take particular interest in what I would say are some questionable microcaps, which I follow from afar as a bit of a learning exercise (which has actually proved to be a very fruitful activity over the years – you can learn just as much from observing safely on the sidelines as a non-holder, then apply those lessons in future to good effect).

It’s a bit ironic that people are digging through my Twitter posts whilst claiming I am hiding something. The whole point of Twitter is that it’s out there in the public forum! But go right ahead and attack the poster, if it helps you ignore the content of the post. The question I'd have to put to @brownlikewood on those tweets you've captured above (which notably are from 30 November, while it was still in a TH) is this: was I right or wrong about the CR? The answer is painfully obvious.

    Cheers
