To Vections credit, its does clearly state that the $10m figure is based on what it would’ve been had the acquisitions been part of Vection for the full financial, but reality is as we know thats not the case. As you stated, JMC didn’t join us until the new year, so as far as Im concerned theres no reason for their inclusion in FY21 figures. I agree, IMO this is not a good look & find it difficult to see the reasoning.

I would’ve much preferred they say… not unlike any other company in the world, VR1’s FY21 income was heavily affected by Covid pressures. As a result however we still managed to achieve $3m in revenue (which is on par with that of FY20). In positive news however since then, partially as we now have the additional income being generated by BC & JMC, as a group combined we have already realised over $4.0m TCV including $2.2m of that from new sales in the first 2 weeks of August 21 alone, so we are well an truly on track to not only exceed last year, but really demonstrate the value of these acquisitions & the take up of our product across numerous markets we wouldn’t have previously had access to.

If they were feeling particularly positive, could even go as far as to state at this rate we would expect our FY22 to generate approx....? However forward projections are less likely nowadays as they have been caught by being too optimistic in the past when the pandemic struck.

FYI - this and numerous other queries have been submitted to management for their response at tomorrows investor call. No doubt this response will be posted here following, but if you have time, suggest you & anyone else with serious interest in Vection submit any queries prior & ideally join the call if your able.

Anyway, tomorrows a new day. Hopefully people can take numerous positives from todays presso including the reality it appears no real impact as yet from the recent Automotive or Pharma verticals which obviously will add revenue as they grow. The notation that the XR Tech platforms & business apps allow easy replication across diversified industries & geographies. Amongst others, not to mention the recent gradual increase in share price with no reason for it not to continue IMO. All the best holders & watchers.
