They found a pocket of disseminated sulphides.
The disseminated sulphides make up to 15% of the sample retrieved. "Up to" as in "at maximum".
This is consistent with disseminated mineralisation as described across the industry.
This has nothing to do with XRF analysis.
Whoever is expecting 15% Ni/Cu from disseminated mineralisation in general should read a lot of explorer reports to get a good grasp on what to expect, otherwise you'll be easily mislead.
