Seems like they did well to get out at 2.40 before the market slumped, they also paid 1/2 CGT, ~15% on $1.15($2.4 - $1.25) = 0.1725, unless theres capital losses to offset.
Wonder what price they would get back in at or what their valuation of VED is, they raved about the business but not the price.
On ISD, precisely the wrong time to buy imo, great business but I can't even get myself to buy at current price, let alone stomach paying a 20-30% takeover premium.
Seems like they did well to get out at 2.40 before the market...
