The tall shadow on the candle shows some supply drawn out at 4.6-4.8 - my guess is from that period last month when price hovered above support (so traders buying in when they perceived it was just above support at the bottom of the trading range).
Still some more boxes to get ticked, but as always its one step at a time - always looking for as much confirmation as possible.
